At Fairway Founders, each item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we handle returns a little differently than traditional retail stores.

Please review the policy below carefully before placing an order.

Made-to-Order Items

All Fairway Founders products are made to order. This helps reduce waste and allows us to deliver high-quality apparel crafted specifically for each customer.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Preference changes after ordering

We strongly recommend reviewing our size charts before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ve got you covered.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

Because all items are made to order, we are unable to offer exchanges for sizing or style changes.

If there is an issue with your order due to an error on our end, we will replace the item or issue a refund as appropriate.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.

Please note:

  • Refunds are issued only for approved claims

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

Return Shipping

For approved issues (damaged, defective, or incorrect items), return shipping costs will be covered or waived.

We do not require items to be returned in most cases. Instructions will be provided if a return is necessary.

Order Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once processing has started.

If you believe you made an error, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help — though changes are not guaranteed.
